Sunday A leisure Day

For me its(sunday) always a waste of time, as I think to, only day when I can spend my time as neutral. Because whatever I do or not, but I can not waste my time. My mind not allowed me to do so , on normal days. Like a punctual teacher or professor is my mind, who always order me “Hey! Stand up, and, left right .left right”.

But today not exactly I have plan to waste it, but to do some creativity . I wake up with cool mind and plan to do ummm, some extra task, Which even relief my other working day schedule.

As  by profession im an engineer , but I always like to do some creative work, like painting , coloring, art. And you know , I need an place where I can just dream, sing , dance, and I don’t have so much space. So now after long search and thanks to internet.

A miniature garden: so lets do it.

Mini gardens have been growing in popularity among gardening enthusiasts who do not have the space or the means to have full sized garden.

1. Gathering supplies
2. Potting soil and small stones
3. Plants

Steps:

1. You can house your mini garden in a variety of containers, cement pot, marble or glass.
2. Need some tiny pebble stones  and art pieces , collectible ( mini chair doll etc.)as available.
3. Herbs like thyme, basil anything.
4. Now just start with putting soil in your selected pot. Fill the container with potting soil up to the rim even slightly higher on one side if you would like your plants to be visible from the side. Then dig small hole with the help of small shovel , for the roots of the plants.
5. Add small stones , as requirement and mostly depends upon type of pot (container). Add half inch layer of horticultural charcoal, finally add four inch layer of potting soil.
6. Once you have laid down the soil, you will need to prepare the plants. Place the plant in prepare holes. After that pat soil on roots.
7. Water the plants after you done.

8. Finally add miniature accessories, I  add a small home and beautiful small stone pathway. This is what I like at present. Small , simple and beautiful.
9. If you are going for more minimal, you may decide to add like marbles, beads or decorative piece of wood.

As time demand, trim the plant as needed.
